Yellow made Mellow: Allegro Fudge (Cover)

They are the coolest cat’s alive in the indie music scene and yes they made Coldplay’s song Mellow and I like it ;)

There’s a Girl in my office: Pradeep Roy (In Hindi)

I wish to share a forgotten song of a pop star named – Pradeep Roy who’s no more now but was loved a lot by his friends/family/fans.

Before, I make you all listen to his popular song – Waah Bhai Waah let’s know a little about him via this article in Tribune India:

Sweet right?? Why not even see the making of the video before we hear the full track:

And here is the awesome song: There’s a girl in my office whose name is Radhika (In Hindi):

Wadali Brothers v/s Kshitij Tarey

I couldn’t decide which version of ‘Yaad Piya Ki Aaye’ is better. You decide?

Here it goes:

Wadali Brothers ->

Kshitij Tarey ->

Freedom or Swatantra Jeevan (Nepali Blues Rock)

I’m happy to have discovered Robin Tamang’s music via his now disbanded group – Robin n Looza.

It’s easy to understand the lyrics of the song, you try and do it:

The best ‘Carnival of Rust’ performance you’ll ever watch

If you’ve ever heard Poet’s of the fall before and swear by Marko Saaresto’s voice. This will leave you with goose-bumps:

Stop and Listen: Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo (Cover)

If you are in love, just close your eyes and listen to this and tell me how it feels:

One of the many Titanium Covers

Yes, this is one of the many covers done of the David Guetta’s track – Titanium feat. Sia.

But Dylan Wright covers this song with his deep and hoarse voice to make it sound BETTER if not GOOD.

Indianised Hotel California

This one was so unique, had to share it!

Three musicians: Vikram Shankar, Gaurav Vaswani and Abhijit Pohankar beautifully made the classic – ‘Hotel California’ their own and mashed it up with our apna local love ballad – ‘Pehla Nasha’.

And loved what they had to say about their creation:

Just an expression. nothing official about it

Make me a Sandwich: Siddharth Basrur

Siddharth Basrur writes a lot of songs for his special little people (He’s got a long long list) and I kinda like what he produces.

This time, he wants his girl to ‘Make a Sandwich’ in return of ‘Water down Tea’. No seriously!!

Sharib Sabri covers Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Imran Khan

Sharib Sabri did his soulful version of the Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s classic – ‘Mast Nazron Se’ and clubbed it with Imran Khan’s popular cocky song – ‘Amplifier’ for a round of Star Plus’s Reality Music Show – Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar 2012.

So the point is: He’s nailed it with a brilliant mash-up!!
